A crucial part of Bobbie Ann's Dance Studio is community outreach. In addition to the dance technique and skills we give our students, we also foster in them a sense of leadership and civic responsibility. As we give our students the means to fully develop their gifts and talents, we encourage and enable them to give forth these gifts to the local community. We volunteer our dancers to perform at local town and charity events. We annually perform at the Elkton Fall Fest, North East Town Halloween Party, Elkton Christmas Tree Lighting, Immaculate Conception Christmas Bazaar, Union Hospital, Calvert Manor Nursing Home, and many more throughout the year. We additionally provide opportunities for our students to volunteer as class assistants or junior summer camp counselors to set forth an example for our younger dancers.
Our studio strives to maintain a family-oriented environment, encouraging relationships between all the age groups. We invite our parents to be a part of the experience at Bobbie Ann's. Thus, our families become involved not only in the studio, but in our community.
